Joel Riley

Joel Riley is a results driven, visionary senior executive human resources management professional with demonstrated accomplishments in employee relations, compensation, labor contracts, investigative process and training. He posses extensive experience in labor relations, human capital and executive management. His leadership and supervisory style encompasses a team model approach while developing individual’s talent.

Throughout his career, Riley has served in many management positions with progressive levels of responsibility. Extensive experience in labor relations, negotiations, HR functions, laws, training, investigations, and management.  With over 20 plus years of management experience, his specialties include human resources experience supporting small, medium and large employee bases on all levels including executive management.

Riley earned his Master of Science, Law/Criminal Justice, University of New Haven and his Bachelor of Science, Public Administration & Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. He has also served as an Adjunct faculty for the Graduate School at the University of New Haven, teaching course in Labor Relations, HR, Industrial Relations and Criminal Justice.
